I'm Rocky Mann, the face behind RSM Earthworks. I spent years on the tools working with some of Norfolk's best groundworkers, learning the trade properly and seeing how a good job should be done. That's what gave me the push to go out on my own and start RSM — based in Norwich, covering the county.
It was a big step and definitely a bit of a gamble, but it's one that's paid off. We're now busier than ever across Norwich and the surrounding area, and that comes down to doing things right, turning up when we say we will, and keeping customers happy.
I take a lot of pride in doing the job properly, keeping things straightforward, and making sure every project — from a small patio in Wymondham to a full earthworks job in Great Yarmouth — is done to a high standard.
